Login with SSH to your server.
Put these rules at your server in the /etc/apt/sources.list
deb http://linux.dropbox.com/ubuntu karmic main
deb-src http://linux.dropbox.com/ubuntu karmic main
On your server do an aptitude update &#038;&#038; aptitude install nautilus-dropbox
